System Enhancements

You can utilize Integ Network Solutions as the single vendor to manage the entire installation project. We offer product procurement services as well, so we can coordinate product ordering, configuration and delivery with the actual installation.

We offer systems installation services that include:

  • Performing site surveys for cabling or system placement recommendations

  • Unpacking, set-up and testing of new systems

  • Ensuring proper network and peripheral connections are functional

  • Disposing of packaging materials and/or old systems

  • Installing applications and/or proprietary software packages

  • Training end-users on systems and/or software

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance procedures are designed to proactively identify and address equipment problems before they actually occur. This service will keep your equipment in the best possible working order and significantly reduce unscheduled downtime.

Our Customer Engineers will scan each system to detect and correct disk fragmentation, virus infection, memory utilization, network and other performance problems. Systems and peripherals are then thoroughly cleaned. Upon completion, a report is provided to the end-user and/or system administrator, detailing any problems identified and corrected.

Physical Inventory

Integ Network Solutions can record and asset-tag all of your equipment so you can retain accurate records of your installed equipment base. This information will be collected electronically and a database will be created in our systems so it can be updated and changed as necessary. The following are examples of the type of information that will be recorded:

  • Manufacturer name, model number

  • User name and identification number

  • Machine configuration (i.e., memory, installed cards)

  • Attached peripherals 

  • Warranty status

The physical inventory can be an integral part of your asset-management requirements. Reports regarding inventory status will be generated and delivered to your management staff at regularly scheduled intervals.

Asset Management

Integ Network Solutions designs and implements asset management programs as part of its mission to be a single-source provider of information technology services and support. We develop asset management solutions that best serve our clients’ requirements. Asset management practices are designed to track equipment as it is acquired, upgraded, moved, removed from contract or retired. Software/hardware tracking and license management can also be part of the asset-management procedures.

Products that are purchased from Integ Network Solutions can be asset-tagged and recorded during the configuration process. We can create a database of asset information and organize this information in our management system before the equipment is even delivered.

For equipment that is already at your site, our engineers can perform a physical inventory. Integ Network Solutions can even provide remote asset management for clients that operate on local and wide area networks. Workstations, printers, peripheral devices and more can be added, moved and changed on a regular basis without losing track of them. The status of this inventory can be checked remotely at regular intervals and records updated instantaneously.

Our information management system will organize and maintain this database to ensure accurate records remain intact throughout the entire contract. As a task-oriented system, it can seamlessly detail every event that affects your inventory. All installations, upgrades, moves, service calls, etc. will be coded and tracked with each device. Reports will be run at regular intervals and submitted to you so your records are kept up to date and accurate.
